The Wizards Villa POTTERLAND is located in the center of Pattaya, very good location, between the famous Walking Street ( 5min ) and Jomtien Beach ( 5min ) or Pratumnak beach ( 3min ). 

Inspired by our favorite school of witchcraft next to Pattaya's famous Walking Street and the Beach. Within a few meters, you'll find everything you need for daily life, including 24-hour grocery stores, restaurants, night life, etc...

The photos are authentic and you will have this paradise for wizards, away from the prying eyes of Muggles including 6 rooms according to Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, 4 Common Families, and the 9 - 3/4 including a kitchen, a private swimming pool with slide and waterfall, a Quidditch barbecue, and many other surprises... fully furbished ( Safety box, Nespresso Coffee machine, Micro wave, Oven, Smart TV Led TV 85’ ,Ceiling Fan, Air conditioning,  Cable TV with international channels, Landline phones with international access with unlimited international calls, King & King+ Size beds,…) All bedrooms and living rooms have Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan.

Outside, you will find an swimming pool with sliders and waterfall, a large table for 12 persons with fan safe from sun or rain surrounded.

➢ Songthaew Tuk-Tuk (shared pick-up trucks) operating on the Jomtien Beach loop, passing through Walking Street and along Beach Road (10 THB per person)
➢ Songthaew Tuk-Tuk Taxis and Motorcycle Taxis-these can take you directly to the villa or drop you off at any location you wish
➢ VIP transportation for groups, available for airport transfers or trips to tourist destinations in Pattaya or anywhere in Thailand
